Bee the Difference

Bee the Difference was founded in 2020 to make a difference in the lives of underprivileged teen girls that resides in Jackson, MS and the surrounding areas. The goal is to provide an outlet for those girls who are in need or simply desired a support system. Working with the most incredible and supportive mentors, this is accomplished by providing after-school mentoring, team building exercises, tutoring, enrichment and empowerment sessions, informative topics and  sisterhood outings. 

This faith-based organization equips and empowers teen girls with the tools of leadership, conflict resolution, self-sufficiency, and emotional stability so that they can build brighter futures and BEE a difference in their homes, schools, and communities. 

Recently, the founder, Cassie McDuffey, the program director, Jasmine Hardy, and the mentees from Bee the Difference published their own journal called "Hey Sis! #BEEencouraged in order to provide support to Teen Girls all around the world.
