Boulder Zen Center Inc

The Boulder Zen Center is an Urban Zen Practice Center in the heart of the city of Boulder, Colorado. It was founded in 1978 by a small group of Zen practitioners.

In 2020, Zenki Christian Dillo Roshi, our Guiding Teacher, and four practitioners took up residence at the BZC, and have begun its transformation into a residential practice.

The BZC practice community offers daily morning and evening zazen, weekly dharma talks, and a variety of practice intensives and practice courses —all of which can be attended in person or online.

The Boulder Zen Center is supported by monthly membership contributions, a hospitality service run by the residents: the Boulder Guest House, and your generous donations!
