Root LocalTM was born from a simple challenge: wanting to live sustainably in Atlanta, but not knowing where to start. Our team came together to create a coalition for collective impact, making greener choices accessible, practical, and possible for everyone in our city.

Through community events and activations, we connect Atlantans to environmental allies and local changemakers. Our resources guide everyday eco-friendly decisions, and our vetted business directory, EMMATM - the Eco-Map of Metro Atlanta, helps residents find and support sustainable local businesses. By linking people, solutions, and opportunities, we turn awareness into action and action into lasting change for our city and beyond.
