In 2005, after trying to adopt a pig for over a year and being unsuccessful in finding a match, I bought a potbelly piglet.  Having no regrets about buying my baby girl, I learned so much about the specialized requirements of raising them and the specialized behaviors of the potbelly pig as a herd/prey animal that can make them hard to understand. Finding an increasing need to help educate and guide potbelly pig owners, VegasPigPets was born in 2008.  With the ever increasing need for rescue and placement, I bought what is now a specially zoned property just for the rescue.  Already overflowing and with daily calls and emails for help and/or unwanted pigpets, we ask for your support to help us further our cause.
