Katherine's Help KY Green Schools Grow Fundraiser

We at KAEE are so excited to have recently launched a robustly re-envisioned Kentucky Green Schools program in partnership with the Kentucky Environmental Education Council (KEEC) and are thrilled to have already engaged so many schools and community partners across the state who are activating their green teams in campuses even now!

This year's KAEE fundraiser is extra special because all donations will go specifically to this newest KAEE initiative.

Your donation will help inspire students to develop environmentally friendly behavior and feel empowered to take active steps toward creating a greener and healthier world—starting with their school. Through this program, students can experience the value of teamwork and leadership, while building connections with their community and their natural environment that surrounds them each day. 

Student-led green teams will investigate and make positive changes to their school grounds as well as find sustainable solutions to things like their school’s energy use, waste and recycling, water consumption, and overall environmental quality.
