This little Angel has been through his share of trials and he is ready to be saved! Angel is currently residing in Puerto Rico and would do anything to get on our next transport to Virginia. Puerto Rico has been ravaged by earthquakes and the pandemic and the stray and abandoned dog population is surging. This boy needs a miracle to change his life and we need your help to provide it.
