Baby Misha is a beautiful 3 month old husky mix puppy. Her owner got rid of all her siblings and then decided to dump her at a rural VA shelter. Misha is so scared. She had spent her whole life living with her siblings and mama. All that comfort came to a screeching halt when her owner ripped her away from all that she knew and she was thrown into a cold metal cage. She now sleeps alone with no compassion from a loving family or a leader to show her the world isn't so scary. Homeward Trails is heartbroken thinking that Misha may grow up at the shelter.
