Now It's Time to Put Her Health First

Sweet Daphne was dropped off at a rural Georgia shelter days away from giving birth. Luckily, a good Samaritan flew her to Homeward Trails. She had her puppies in the safety of a foster home and took excellent care of them. Now that they're on their way to their adopters, it's time for Daphne to get the care she needs. She's heartworm positive - something that could kill her without treatment. Before it takes over her body, we want to get her the care she needs to make sure she has a long, comfortable life ahead of her. The treatment will give her her life back, but it comes with a steep price tag. Please help Daphne have better days ahead.
