Thank you for all of your support for Dallas Meditation Center on #GivingTuesday. 

When we count our blessings YOU are among them! Thank you for being there and sharing your resources so the Dallas Meditation Center can “be there” for everyone, regardless if they have resources or not. 

Because of your generosity we can go as a river ... serving ALL as we go.


Dallas Meditation Center - Today, November 27, 2018, we are celebrating #GivingTuesday! #GivingTuesday is held annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving (in the U.S.) to kick-off the holiday giving season and inspire people to collaborate in improving their local communities and to give back in impactful ways to the charities and causes they support.

We are one of the few centers whose weekly classes in meditation, yoga, and qigong are donation-based. Dallas Meditation Center touches the lives of thousands of individuals seeking peace within by offering donation-based mindfulness classes and retreats. Your generous #GivingTuesday donation supports our community in spreading compassion throughout DFW.

Giving (dana) is an essential practice of interbeing. It is about openness and our capacity to embrace others with our compassion and love. When we see ourselves as others and others as ourselves, we recognize that by helping others secure their well-being and happiness, we are also securing our own well-being and happiness.

We envision a North Texas community where every individual experiences peace, joy, compassion, creativity and wellbeing. We offer a safe, welcoming community where we teach practices and skills necessary for any person to experience the joy of mindful living. Those practices include meditation and educational/wellness programs that transform individuals, their relationships and the greater community. Creative arts are included to promote Self-expression and encourage present moment awareness.
