Lent For L'Arche, O'Malleys

L'Arche Mobile has just begun their L'Arche for Lent fundraising campaign.   L'Arche Mobile is part of an amazing international organization with communities all over the world where people with and without intellectual disabilities share life together.  Our family has been a part of the L'Arche Mobile community for more than 30 years.  We all believe in what L'Arche stands for and tries to do: provide a permanent lifelong home for people with intellectual disabilities to live and develop friendships, where everyone is equal, everyone has value, everyone feels at home, and everyone is challenged to grow.   

Our community, like many non-profits, receives only a portion of it's budget from the government and relies on the generosity of many to provide for 1/3 of the yearly costs to keep our 4 homes and day program operating.   Please keep us in your prayers.  I am sure many of you already have organizations you are donating to, but if you are searching for anything extra to do during Lent, consider donating to L'Arche through this fundraiser.
