Sad Eyes Begging for Compassion

Napoleon looks pretty sad, and for good reason.  Through no fault of his own, he has ended up at a rural VA shelter alone and depressed.  Napoleon waits all day for someone to come through and take him to a home he so deserves, but the chances of him getting adopted are very unlikely.  The shelter he is at has extremely low adoption rates and euthanizes dogs frequently.  So in the meantime while he waits, he has to lay on cold cement floors and stare at metal bars.  Napoleon has done nothing to deserve this.  He loves people and other dogs and surely will make an excellent buddy to a new family!  Without Homeward Trails help, his fate may take an awful turn.  Please sponsor Napoleon today to ensure he is safe and get him to the DC area where he can start his new life!
