Rascal finally made it to the big city, but he's not out of danger yet! We need to fundraise more to cover his medical expenses.
Rascal is a 5 year old beagle mix who is tired of his life in the country. He came to the shelter as a stray; a lone dog, lost and wandering in rural Virginia. He's been waiting at the shelter but no one has come to claim him. He has been alone. Unwanted. But no more!
Rascal is ready to leave that life behind and find something better in the big city. That's where we come in. We know we can introduce him to all the right people. People who will want him and love him for the rest of his days! If only he can get into our care.
Rascal is also having difficulty eating and will need a dental STAT! He must be in so much pain, so much discomfort from trying to enjoy even the simplest things--eating, grooming, playing. Luckily, we can do our part to relieve that pain and get this rascal ready for his exciting new chapter.
