Sheila is a sweet senior girl who was rescued from a horrific hoarding situation  - filthy, matted, arthritic, and severely underweight.

Soon after her rescue we discovered a worsening eye condition that caused Sheila to lose her sight. After a visit with the ophthalmologist and extensive testing it was determined that Sheila has mature cataracts in both eyes and a luxating lens in her left eye. The good news is that she can have vision surgically restored in her left eye with a lensectomy procedure. The bad news is that the surgery very expensive with an estimate of $4000.

Despite her rough start and her very limited vision, Sheila is an absolute doll. She is so sweet, calm and quiet. She loves lying around on soft beds and living her best life in her foster home. Sadly, her eyesight is currently so bad that she needs to be led everywhere.

We want to help Sheila's see but we need your help.  It's been a rough year for our medical fund with so many special needs animals and we don't want to have to turn our back on animals who need us.

Please donate to help save Sheila's sight.
