Secretariat needs a MRI

Secretariat is a darling Pit Bull who Homeward Trails pulled from the path of the hurricane in North Carolina.  When he arrived at Homeward Trails, we found he had neurological symptoms which we need to have examined.  Specifically, Secretariat has become very light sensitive and has an oddity to his gait which is not being caused by physical issues.  Secretariat has been checked by a neurologist and they believe his next steps should be to get a MRI to the neck and brain to see if they can determine the nature of his issues.  He may have been the subject of trauma as a pup or he may have some sort of degenerative condition.  We need to find out!  Can you please help Secretariat?
