Carly Has a Terrible Infection

Carly arrived from a rural shelter with a terrible ear infection. She started shaking her head due to the pain and split open her ear resulting in a new problem. Please help us get Carly back on the mend for both the infection and large split in her ear that also needs attention. These things can take time and several vet visits to heal, so any help would be appreciated!
