Your nonprofit must be registered for #GivingTuesday on Mightycause to be eligible for prizes! This year, Mightycause and the Mightycause Charitable Foundation are investing in nonprofits for GivingTuesday. Serving nonprofits and helping them grow is just what we do. And that's why we're offering $20,000 in GivingTuesday cash prizes to help nonprofits raise money, engage supporters, and advance their causes beyond December 2nd.
Leaderboard Prizes
Leaderboards are where much of the action happens on GivingTuesday! Nonprofits are limited to one Leaderboard Prize win for GivingTuesday. Nonprofits will be placed on leaderboards in accordance with the information submitted during registration for GivingTuesday.

The top five organizations in each segment below that have the most dollars raised for their campaign will win $250.

Power Hours
A Power Hour is a fundraising sprint that awards a prize to the organization that raises the most money in the space of an hour. On 12/2, we'll have 2 Power Hours for each participating nonprofit segment.

Early Giving Prizes
The top 25 organizations with the most dollars raised from within the Early Giving time frame (11/18/2025 at 12:00 am EST through 12/01/2025 at 11:59 pm EST) will win $100.
Early Giving Golden Tickets
These are randomly chosen prizes that every registered nonprofit has an opportunity to win! Five random donations made during Early Giving will be chosen for a $100 boost.

Recurring Giving Match
New recurring donations to participating nonprofits will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $50 per gift, until the total match limit of $5,000 is met. Please note, the $5,000 match total is not a total per nonprofit, but a singular $5,000 match that will be shared across all participating nonprofits with a new recurring donation. Recurring donations will be reviewed and matches will be awarded after the #GivingTuesday campaign is complete. Recurring donations must still be active at the time of the prize review and disbursement to be eligible for the match.
