A Brighter Day Means Home, Help, Hope
Facing Forward's Brighter Day Campaign is a community-wide invitation to help end homelessness across generations and stand with our neighbors as they build the bright futures they dream of.
Funds raised during this Spring campaign will fuel our work to provide long-term stable housing, comprehensive support services, and vital resources for health, education, employment, and so much more.
Our community needs your support! Every dollar counts, and thanks to a generous anonymous funder, all new and increased gifts will be matched (up to $7,500 per gift)!
Right now, federal funding delays and cuts are threatening homelessness programs like Facing Forward’s, and we need your support more than ever to ensure families stay housed, hopeful, and empowered to reach their goals. With families in our programs also facing uncertainty surrounding Social Security, SNAP, Medicaid, and free school meals, it’s up to us to ensure housing remains the foundation our neighbors can count on.
Here's how you can make a difference:
Whether it’s a foundation, a personal connection, or your employer, someone in your circle may be ready to support this work. Many companies offer matching gift programs doubling or even tripling employee donations. To explore opportunities or craft a meaningful introduction, contact Melissa Anson at melissa@ffchicago.org.
Bring friends, family, or colleagues together to support the Brighter Day campaign. Host a house party, workplace lunch and learn, bake sale, or any other event that inspires connection and giving, and we'll provide planning support, materials, or a guest speaker. Reach out to Marilyn Salazar at marilyn@ffchicago.org to get started.
The Brighter Day Campaign is powered by people like you! By creating a fundraising page and rallying your network, you can help raise critical funds to end homelessness for families in our community. Here's how:
Facing Forward to End Homelessness also accepts gifts made by check, ACH or stock transfer, donor advised fund, and more. For more information on making your gift, please contact Melissa Anson at melissa@ffchicago.org or (773) 839-6725.
