FYI 5000 was designed to support 1,000+ elementary, middle, and high school aged students in literacy and college and career readiness through team building and mentoring. This program specifically works with students with age and grade level appropriate techniques that drive them toward future success and celebrate their hard work. Because we recognize the value of community, this program is designed to encourage our students to collaborate toward meeting their goals all year long.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMS
- This spring, Elementary School Students will work together to read a combined 5,000 minutes, and Middle School students will complete 5,000 jumping jacks as a team.
- This summer, our campers will practice leadership and literacy skills during Spirit Week
GET INVOLVED
- Join us by CREATING YOUR OWN TEAM to challenge your staff, friends, colleagues, and networks to each walk 5,000 steps in one day. We ask each team to commit to a fundraising goal of $5,000 that will go towards FYI’s programming.
