The Humane Society of Clark County is desperate need of a new shelter for our furry friends. We are currently located near a train station and a majority of our dogs are in outdoor kennels subject to the weather. Although this building has helped us care for many animals, we think are furry friends deserve a better space.
We have fortunately had a donor that has agreed to donate a seed fund of $50,000 and will match donations up to $200,000 is a 5 step increments. The levels are as follows for their match commitment.
Level 1 -$25,000
Level 2-$25,000
Level 3-$50,000
Level 4-$50,000
Level 5-$50,000
There are some limitations on the matching funds that exclude funds from grants, government funds, national charitable entities, national corporate donations, as well as other matched funds.
