The Mission of the Literacy Council of Madison Council is to provide education services to adult residents of Madison County. Our goal is to enhance their quality of life as jobholders, parents, and life-long learners. We accomplish this goal through tutoring to prepare learners for the GED (c); offering basic adult education in reading, mathematics, and technology; and holding a class for English Language Learning (ELL).
All of our services are free. Our funding comes solely from contributions from individuals and other organizations.
