Women navigating chronic stress, grief, burnout, and compassion fatigue
Women Veterans seeking community (i.e., Resiliency Pathways)
Community workshops, trainings, and events
Join us in building a sustainable infrastructure for community care. We also offer ways to engage: attend a wellness planning session or bring Arabella to your team.
Our team includes women with lived experience—veterans, clinicians, leaders, educators, moms, and thrivers.
