Culpepper Garden, owned by the nonprofit Arlington Retirement Housing Corporation, provides and advocates for affordable housing and quality services that allow low-income adults aged 62 or older to thrive as they age. Quality of life is our top priority. Limited-income seniors deserve a stable home in a vibrant, inclusive community leading the same fulfilled lives as their less financially burdened peers. Culpepper Garden provides a critical safety net for these vulnerable individuals. Since opening our doors 47 years ago, more than 2,500 older adults with very limited income have called Culpepper Garden home.
