Boots to Health Foundation Inc

The Boots To Health Foundation aims to support local Veterans in increasing their physical, mental, and spiritual health by providing services and resources to assist them in living a healthier life. The Foundation provides physical fitness training, nutrition coaching, spiritual counseling, and life coaching to Veterans at no cost. The Foundation's goal is to break down barriers that prevent Veterans from being able to prioritize their overall health. The Foundation approaches each Veteran it works with from a holistic point of view and addresses all areas that contribute to their overall well-being.
