CARE Humane Society

Here at CARE Humane Society™, we see thousands of pets come through our doors every year. We do our best to make sure they are happy and healthy in order to find their new forever homes. Sometimes, however, we have pets that come in that need a little extra care than the others. These pets can be heartworm positive, they can be missing limbs or they can just be a little sick, but they also deserve the never ending love of a forever home. This is where you come in! Your donations go towards lifesaving care for these special pets. 

Our mission is to advance humane treatment and responsible ownership of companion animals through community education, animal sheltering and adoption, and alleviation of animal suffering.

Our vision is to be the leading advocate for companion animals in our community. We envision a future in which animals are valued, pet overpopulation is eliminated, and every adoptable companion animal has a loving and responsible home.

LCHS is a 501(c)(3) organization, and all membership fees and donations are tax deductible.
