RealOptions has been serving women, men, students, and families since 1981.  Providing caring and compassionate reproductive healthcare services to women. We specialize in serving women facing pregnancy decisions with or without insurance and regardless of immigration status. Our services include pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, prenatal care, STD testing and treatment; abortion pill reversal treatment; well woman care; reproductive loss support services and relationship education to students in the Bay Area. Thousands of women, men, students, and families are helped each year.

The Bay Area is home to incredible diversity, and cutting edge innovation but across the region, many woman like Carolina face one of life's most difficult decisions. Carolina grew up in a small town with few opportunities. To provide a better life for herself, she came to the USA when she was 19 years old. However, it was a difficult transition. After living here a year she became pregnant and did not know how she would be able to afford a child. Carolina went to a RealOptions, she immediately felt supported. Not only did she receive the medical care she needed but she also received maternity clothes, baby supplies and other support services that helped to build her confidence.  But Carolina found something she had been searching for; someone to talk with who would listen to her. Carolina gave birth to a daughter. Against the odds, a family was born and dreams were rekindled. Carolina enrolled in high school and graduated. Four years later she graduated from San Jose City College with an associate degree in accounting. After graduation she set and accomplished another dream when she opened her own business office. Carolina is just one of thousands of families that we impact each year!
