To prepare and deliver meals to the aged and those that are ill, even temporarily, who are unable to prepare meals for themselves and who have no one to help them, regardless of their financial circumstances. Englewood Meals on Wheels has currently changed the way meals are delivered to go from aluminum, not microwave containers, to ones that can go in the microwave or oven.  Many times our delivery team is the only human contact clients have but Englewood Meals on Wheels also provides a welfare check for family members out of the area to ensure their loved ones are doing fine.
