Equality Empowerment Center Inc

The Equality Empowerment Center (EEC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive environment for marginalized communities across South Florida. Founded in 2024 and achieving nonprofit status in June 2025, we are an LGBTQ-led and staffed organization that serves Broward and Miami-Dade County with authentic representation and deep community understanding. We exist to combat discrimination and provide comprehensive support, resources, and leadership development for LGBTQ+ individuals, undocumented immigrants, and people living with HIV/AIDS. Our programs are developed from the lived experiences of discrimination, ensuring culturally responsive, multilingual, and accessible services that truly meet community needs.
