Here's what your gift can make possible:

$1,000 = a month of housing + supportive services for a family
$500 = beds and bedding for two children
$250 = a complete school uniform set for a child
$125 = help with a month of co-pays and medications
$50 = a basket of home essentials to help a new family settle into their new home
$25 = a week of transportation to job interviews or job training

WHO WE SERVE

According to the latest report by the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless, there is an estimated 68,440 experiencing homelessness in Chicago. Facing Forward helps families and individuals in Chicago break the generational cycle of homelessness by offering home, help and hope.

OUR APPROACH

As part of our Housing First approach, Facing Forward recognizes that a safe and stable home is both an immediate need and a foundation from which all other needs can be met.

Our Two-Generation approach takes it a step further by ensuring all members the households we serve have access to the support and resources needed to leave experiences of homelessness behind.
