Habitat for Humanity of Summit and Wasatch Counties is celebrating our 30th year of providing homes with affordable mortgages for families in the Wasatch Back. We believe that everyone should be able to afford housing in the town's they choose to work in! Access to stable and affordable housing is the foundation for thriving families and strong communities, and we’re proud to help make that possible.

This fall, we have broken ground on our second 10-unit townhomes and will soon be opening our applications for five families to partner with Habitat to earned their keys through our Homeownership Program. All these future homes will be filled with families who work in Summit County, put in sweat equity with Habitat, and can pay an affordable mortgage.

This house was dedicated to a wonderful family in 2015, in the Heber Valley. We are happy they are still in their home and loving life!
