Your gift is more than a donation—it’s a spark. It costs $1,100 to house, feed, and facilitate life-changing leadership development for one student at our Summer Leadership Workshop—but we charge families less than half that amount. Every $500 donated helps close that gap, ensuring cost never stands between a young leader and their potential. At Launch Leadership, every gift fuels transformation—helping Nebraska kids grow into stronger people, leaders, and change makers. Launch Leadership exists to empower young people to believe in their ability to make a difference. Through our Summer Leadership Workshops and year-round programs, we help middle and high school students develop self-efficacy, confidence, and a sense of purpose. At Launch, students discover that leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about action, empathy, and service. Supported by our 100% volunteer staff—many of whom were once Launch students themselves—we create an environment where every participant learns to lead from who they are, collaborate with others, and carry those lessons into their schools, families, and communities.
