Nagari Foundation Inc

Nagari, a name that means “of the city” in Sanskrit, is a magazine of cultural creation that aims to bring together on a global level all literary and visual proposals that make a significant contribution to the social and shared world we live in.

Our organization's mission is to promote art and literature in our city and across various countries in Latin America and Europe. We achieve this by providing a platform to showcase emerging artists through our online magazine, www.nagarimagazine.com, as well as our print magazine. Additionally, we are committed to preserving Hispanic heritage by giving Spanish-speaking authors a voice within our community.

Nagari, which was released in annual printed editions, opens its doors to digital editions on the web and in ebook formats. Published in Miami, it aims to promote the city and its voices, as well as Hispanic writers and/or artists who live outside and inside the US and Europe.

Key Highlights:

. Formerly known as Proyecto Setra, we successfully ran a Creative Workshop at Books & Books in Miami, FL for ten years.

. We actively organize book presentations and artists meetings to sustain and nurture our city's cultural scene.

. Collaborating with other organizations, we host book launches and community activities to enrich the literary and artistic culture.

. Our interactive encounters, led by writers and artists, involve lectures in various community spaces to promote cultural exchange.
