Hi and thank you for taking the time to check out this page. I recently joined the board of Pacific Asian Counseling Services (PACS) and I am so excited to be a part of an organization that is helping our AAPI community. I was looking for an opportunity to volunteer and I feel fortunate to have found PACS because of the amazing impact the non-profit makes by providing counseling and care to at-risk children, adults and families during their most difficult and vulnerable moments. 1 in 5 individuals will experience mental illness in their lifetime. PACS knows that lives can be changed when someone listens and cares.

PACS is able to provide clinical mental health services, in multiple languages, mostly through grant funding. However, we can definitely use some additional help to pay for things not covered by these restricted grants.

For example, $100 can provide one week of groceries to a low-income family of four. If you're feeling generous, $500 can cover two months of baby formula and diapers. The amount doesn't matter. Your generosity can support our clients with basic necessities that we tend to take for granted.
