In our 10 years as a rescue, we have saved thousands of animals! All our animals are animals that were discarded like trash, replaced or no longer wanted or loved.  Pound Hounds ResQ is committed to every animal that enters our rescue whether that means being rehabilitated via medical, training or anything that animal needs.  We do not have a physical facility but rely on hundreds of people to take in these animals and love them as their own. It is there where the magic happens. These animals need to be re-accustomed how to be loved.  How to be cared for how to be a 'wanted' and 'loved' animal.

That is where you come in. We are not funded by the government nor have a beneficiary. We are 100% funded on donations by YOU. Veterinary medicine is so expensive. Many animals are discarded primarily for this reason. We medically treat these animals and do not skimp on anything.  Another reason why these animals are 'dumped' is because they have developed unwanted behavior that could have been quickly remedied but since they weren't addressed, they have manifested into bigger issues.  This is where we hire the best trainers/behaviorists to get these animals in the most adoptable state so they can then venture into their next stage of life.
