Reality Kitchen Nonprofit

Reality Kitchen Nonprofit is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides job skills training and professional development services for young adults who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). We are a licensed Provider Organization and certified to deliver Employment Path Community services. 

Reality Kitchen Nonprofit offers in-person job-skills training opportunities in a fully integrated workplace setting where individuals of all abilities work and learn together. Here we operate a wholesale bakery and retail café providing employment based experiences to fulfill their goals for independence, self-confidence and success in a supportive work environment while changing the perceptions of our community around the employment options available to individuals with I/DD.
