WHO WE ARE

SANFAN is a hybrid 501(c)(3) nonprofit, We See A Need We Fill A Need, and if we can't fill that need we are an umbrella with over 150 companies worldwide, (including many grass root organizations in Louisville, KY) that can fill any need in any category in life! SANFAN strategically implements wealth creation, wealth generation, and wealth management for everyone while transforming redlined corridors and disinvested areas into smart, community-owned hubs with affordable housing, businesses, and opportunities.  Since 2016, SANFAN has helped launch over 60 businesses through its Key Center and Super Beauti programs, we are currently scaling this model across Louisville and beyond.

OUR COMMITMENT 

BEFORE seeking external support, SANFAN has invested of over $1 MILLLION of its own capital and resources in earnest, to demonstrate commitment and certified skin in the game; ensuring credibility, accountability, and long-term sustainability for every project we undertake.

 OUR VISION & CURRENT FOCUS

At 3015 S. 7th Street Road in Louisville, KY along with three adjacent parcels, we are developing a double-decker container plaza! Affordable housing and food hubs will serve as prototypes for several other already committed locations nationwide (TBA).  Each corridor will generate a minimum of 300 physical businesses lined along the corridor and over 2500 additional businesses in virtual corridors across our G7B app/platforms. 

INNOVATION 

Through our platforms and developments, families, children, students, schools, entrepreneurs, cities, and states will:  "Coin" their niches into profitable ventures, NFTs, and gold-backed digital coins, and tokenized real estate for shared community ownership. Access to AI-powered and "School Mode" certified cohorts will provide in-depth, self-paced curricula with wraparound services in financial literacy, real estate, and entrepreneurship. Participants will be prepared to own and establish financial savvy from food hubs, retail, investment portfolios, currency exchange, all while creating unity through workforce pipelines for veterans, students, and tradespeople.

Your donation is tax deductible and fully protected through are layered structures and handled by our top notch CPA's, ensuring charitable oversight and trust. Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and Syndications safeguard large-scale projects like single family housing units and retail plazas.  Donations will be used to enhance capacity to our Key Center for entrepreneurial support services, financial literacy programming for middle and high school youth, and the development projects that foster true small business development.
