Helping to grow self-respect by teaching life and work skills, and creating a sense of belonging in our community. We carry on the history of the Santa Cruz County Arc founded in 1968 as an established community alternative to state institutions for families and children living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

The mission of SCTP is to provide the necessary training, direct care, and support for people with disabilities, by working in partnership with others in our community.
