To cultivate creativity and inspire our community through the arts.

Description

Over 35 years ago artists and arts-lovers came together to form what is now known as ShoreLake Arts, formally Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Arts Council. Since then, more than 35,000 people have joined us for music, film, dance, art education, arts markets, online programs, cultural events, and in the Gallery. Through a wide range of programs for all ages, we connect our community through the arts and donations enable us to continue providing free events to break the pay barrier to accessing and experiencing the arts.

We:
- present quality arts education taught by professional teaching artists for students of all ages;
- foster emerging artists in film, music, dance, and visual art through concerts, exhibits and arts events;
- present art events and programs in locations throughout Shoreline and Lake Forest Park;
- advocate for support of the arts and arts programs and organizations in the community.
