Changing Lives One At A Time
Starfish Project helps people find and create the recovery plan that works for them.
The volunteers provide contact with treatment programs, sober living, and peer support.
Founded in 2013 by Richland County Sheriff Steve Sheldon, Pastor Tom Snyder, and Stan and Valerie Rust, the organization carries forward the vision of hope, compassion, and connection.
