Survivors of Suicide Loss - New Hampshire

Survivors of Suicide Loss – New Hampshire (SOSL-NH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families as they navigate life after a suicide loss.

We provide free, confidential, peer-based support where survivors can connect with others who understand the unique and often complicated experience of suicide grief. Our programs include adult and teen support groups, survivor resources, education, outreach, and efforts to strengthen postvention and suicide-loss support throughout New Hampshire.

At the heart of our work is a simple belief: healing does not require closure. It requires connection.

No one should have to navigate suicide loss alone. Through compassionate peer support, education, and community connection, SOSL-NH creates spaces where survivors can speak honestly, remember the people they love, and find support as they learn to carry their loss forward.

Donations help us keep our support groups free, train and support facilitators, provide educational and survivor resources, expand outreach, and reach more individuals and families throughout New Hampshire.
