Equipping Women to Grow in Faith, Lead with Confidence, and Serve with Purpose

She is Society is a women-led, faith-based nonprofit based in San Antonio, Texas. We exist to close the discipleship gap in the Church by equipping and empowering women to grow as disciples and leaders. Through our dynamic programs, leadership cohorts, Bible studies, and service initiatives, we create intentional spaces where women encounter God’s Word, grow in unity through worship, and develop as leaders in action.

We partner with local churches, ministries, and organizations to offer pathways for spiritual growth, leadership development, and meaningful service. From our 12-week Equipped for More leadership program to our community outreach initiative She Serves, we are raising up women who are bold, biblically grounded, and ready to make a difference—in their homes, churches, and communities.
