truckersfinalmile.org is a veteran founded 501 (c) (3) Charity Organization established in 2014. Our Mission is to reunite North American Truck Drivers and Their Family in Times of Crisis. We help eliminate the cost burden a truckers family may endure in preparation and transportation to bring a severely injured, medically incapacitated or deceased truck driver home to recover or to be laid to rest. 

While the trucking industry is know as one of the most dangerous professions, it is also one of the most heavily regulated. Despite these regulations, there are no laws, statutes, ordinances nor mandates compelling any employer/carrier to assist in the costs of bringing a deceased or severely injured person home. 

Many times, the burden of these costs will be the responsibility of the family.
