Working with wildlife was always my dream even before I started vet school in Mexico.
Throughout the years I've had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of species, but it wasn't until 2022 when I came to Costa Rica to intern at and work for Toucan Rescue Ranch that I got to work directly with Howler Monkeys - and I fell in love with them!
Howler Monkeys are SO fun to work with! Alongside Tesa, I've been able to help a lot of monkeys, from tiny little babies that needed to be hand-fed to older ones that required a lot of love and care to heal their wounds! Many interns, volunteers and all TRR staff have been part of this beautiful process and TODAY IS YOUR TIME TO BECOME PART OF THIS AMAZING PROJECT!
With your help, we'll be able to continue providing the best care to the Howler Monkeys that are currently under our care and be ready to receive any Howler Monkey that could need our attention!
We are passionate about Howler Monkeys and nothing will make us happier than seeing them back in the trees!
