For nearly two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to several nonprofits and to using sports as a platform for community impact. In that time, I’ve learned what strong, trustworthy, mission-driven organizations look like... and I have come to easily see that United Way is one of the very best.

This year, I’m honored to join the United Way Board of Directors ... my first-ever Board appointment, and it’s a responsibility I don’t take lightly. I’ve seen the challenges families in our region face, and I’ve also seen how United Way steps in with real solutions: helping children succeed in school, connecting people to critical services, and strengthening the safety nets that keep our communities moving forward.
