Former Army Staff Sergeant Nicolas York spent nearly six years serving his country before a medical discharge forced him to find a new way to legally orchestrate chaos. Enter Charlie Foxtrot Brewing, his brainchild and the only brewery in Charlotte County. Yes, the name means exactly what you think it means, and if you have to ask, well... you probably need a drink more than anyone else in the taproom.

A Michigan native, Nicolas never actually had a burning desire to move to the Sunshine State, but in 2017, his wife generously made that decision for him—much like she does with his wardrobe, dinner plans, and everything else in his life. Before the military temporarily straightened him out, Nicolas was a certified class clown, so he's hoping this whole "brewery owner" gig finally gives him the captive, mildly intoxicated audience he needs to get his comedy groove back.
