Enriching Music Education

Since 1985, Arrowhead Arts Association has continually brought the magic of music to the San Bernardino mountains communities. We are a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to enriching the quality of life of the residents, youth, and visitors of the San Bernardino mountain communities by sponsoring and promoting quality musical performances and music education and scholarships for local youth from kindergarten through college.

This Giving Tuesday, we are seeking additional funds to magnify our impact on music education. Funds raised will be used to support the MountainTop Strings program, Rim of the World in-school music programs, provide music lesson scholarships, fix and maintain instruments, and support concert programming provided by Arrowhead Arts Association. 

The MountainTop Strings of California is a strings program that is made up of young musicians from the communities of the Big Bear Valley and Lake Arrowhead. Established in 2011, and led by director, cellist, and music educator Sharon Rizzo, this group frequently performs concerts throughout Southern California. They have also played three concert tours through Italy and Austria, and at Carnegie Hall in New York City. 

Arrowhead Arts Association is a registered 501(c)(3) organization - all donations made are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
