Support Durham Bike Co-op's work in 2026!

Durham Bike Co-op has been refurbishing bicycles and teaching mechanical skills in Durham since 2007! We're a 100% volunteer-run organization, and our work relies on donations from the community.

So far in 2025, we:

• Restored & distributed 382 adult bikes and 139 youth bikes, many of which were given away and low or no cost 🚲 🚲 🚲
• Repaired 339 bikes at 22 local events with our mobile repair clinic 🔧
  
  
  
• Gave away 210 helmets as well as 100+ light sets, locks, and safety vests to youth and adults 😎
• Hosted 257 DIY shops & ticket sessions, including 42 TWIG events for people of marginalized genders (including spring bikepacking!) 🚲
  
  
• Partnered with the Healthy Child & Adolescent Network, providing 145 bikes for their program
  
  
  
• Recycled 5 tons of metal + loads of tires ♻
• Hosted 300+ volunteers & partnered with numerous local nonprofits 🙌
