DecadesOut End-of-Year Giving 2023!

DecadesOut is a 501(c)(3) non-profit production and arts collective based in New York City, and our mission is to raise public awareness of the cultural impact between science and humanity and transform the conversation between them. For the past 14 years, we have worked and played with local and international organizations to examine the intersection of science and art and find tangible action items to better the world around us - everything from producing and participating in social action events, to teaching youth workshops in filmmaking, to fostering new voices in the theatre and visual arts spaces via developmental workshops, as well as collaborating with amazing organizations such as the Netherland-America Foundation (NAF), the Gowanus Canal Conservancy and the New York Hall of Science.

Now, as we complete our first feature documentary about community action, creation, collaboration, and even optimism in the face of climate change, we are looking to the year ahead and how we can continue this work and affect change in our community. 

This #GivingTuesday, we are launching our end-of-year effort to collect contributions to not only assist us with finishing funds for this documentary, but also to help us with our impact campaign that will reach past the completed film and dive deeper into the climate action movement, where we seek to assist and collaborate with new artists, scientists and organizations striving for a new way forward.
