Empowering the World’s Most Oppressed Women with Knowledge
According to the World Bank, 1 out of 5 women in the world have some form of disability. With a global population of 4 Billion, that amounts to a staggering 800 million disabled women that suffer abuse, discrimination and stigma due to their gender and disability!
What are we doing about it?
Since 2014, Rose Academies has been developing educational programs to teach the oppressed, rural poor healthcare and disease prevention. We turn to our working partners at Santa Clara University's School of Public Health, Santa Clara University's School of Engineering and Texas A&M School of Public Health who with their students provide us with research backed application programs that are changing the way we teach the low literate learner in rural poor, low resource areas.
Our healthcare application programs are carefully designed and developed to make learning easier as we tackle global health problems that are taking the lives of innocent women and children. These apps are the key to breaking down the barriers to inaccessible healthcare education. The oppressed and disabled population need your support so that they can also have access to knowledge that can save their lives!
Won't you join us as we make healthcare knowledge accessible for those who need it most?
