Family Name: The Starborne Family
The Starborne family has had many hardships over the years. They recently lost their father to cancer, their mother is thankfully now cancer free, and one of the Starborne twins has many health problems. She was born with Pierre Robin Sequence and has had a trach since birth, a g-tube, chronic lung disease, and is nonverbal. Even with all these challenges, the young Starborne takes every day in stride with a loving smile.
Her twin sister is an amazing young woman who is always there for her family. She suffers from anxiety due to watching her family get sick and constantly being in the hospital. She just started college and is excited for this new chapter in her life but worries about her mom and sister. Let us help this family end the year on a high note and bring them some much-needed HOLIDAY CHEER!
