Help Support Good Samaritan Clinic this year! We're aiming to grow our community of sponsors by level giving. Your consistent contributions will enable us to provide vital healthcare services to those in need. Here is how your contribution will support our mission:
$20 Support Level - $20 will cover both an eye exam and a new pair of glasses for 1 patient.
$40 Advocate Level - $40 covers the cost of a New or Annual Patient visit which includes physical examination, health screening, diagnostic laboratory work, and diagnostic imaging as indicated.
$120 Contributing Level - covers the cost of 3 inhalers.
$400 Partner Level - $400 covers the cost of 10 New or Annual Patient visits which includes physical examination, health screening, diagnostic laboratory work, and diagnostic imaging as indicated.
$2,000 Sponsor Level - $2,000 covers an entire week of patient visits!
$16,000 Champion Level - $16,000 covers an entire month of patient visits!
$20,000 Visionary Level - $20,000 fully funds one month of operating expenses for Good Samaritan Clinic!
